Added showdebug command. Also: * Added an exported constructor to RChildProcess so the iProcess handle was set to zero on construction. * Fixed bug in fshell_builddocs script that created HTML relative links with backslashes instead of forward slashes.

To make thread 42 system critical, do C<setcritical --system --critical 42>. To set a thread as not critical, do C<setcritical 42>.

Id of the thread(s) to change.

System attribute. Combine with --critical or --permanent.

Process attribute. Combine with --critical or --permanent.

Sets the thread to be system/process critical.
