Bug 2955. Workaround for lack of atomic operations in GCCE standard libraries (fall back to default use of Mutex)

Qt 3.3.7 is a bug-fix release. It maintains both forward and backward
compatibility (source and binary) with Qt 3.3.6, 3.3.5, 3.3.4, Qt 3.3.3,
Qt 3.3.2, Qt 3.3.1 and Qt 3.3.0.
