Added Makefile for building syborg-graphicswrapper using GCC
At present the build fails due to the following missing headers:

VirtualVideoInterfaceConstants.h
platformthreading.h
protocol_MGraphicsVHWCallback.h
# For testing http://python.org/sf/742342, which reports that Python
# segfaults (infinite recursion in C) in the presence of infinite
